What should be some of the technical specifications of Vivo X100 Pro Plus, the latest and most prestigious exponent of the new series of flgaship of the Chinese company, have been leaked on the Net. The X100 and X100 Pro were unveiled almost a couple of months ago now, and it’s said that the X100 Pro+ will still have a bit to wait – the launch is in fact expected in the second quarter, so between April and June. Below is what was anticipated by the well-known “serial leaker” Digital Chat Station:
-Samsung E7 AMOLED display, with punch hole for the front camera and ultrasonic -fingerprint scanner
-Cameras:
Main rear: 50 MP, Sony LYT-900
Ultrawide rear: 50 MP
Rear telephoto: 200 MP, periscope lens, 4.3x optical zoom, 20x digital zoom

-Two-way satellite communication
The source doesn’t add details about the SoC, although the field is rather narrow at these levels – the contenders are the MediaTek Dimensity 9300, already seen on the X100 and X100 Pro, or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon8 Gen 3. Given that the X100 Pro+ aims to be “the best of the best”, in a way, and given that historically Qualcomm chips are considered slightly more prestigious at the same range, we lean towards the S8G3, but who knows. On the battery side, a very similar if not identical equipment is expected to X100 Pro, which is equipped with a 5,400 mAh unit with 100 W wired and 50 W wireless fast charging.
In short, it seems that the real edge of X100 Pro+ compared to its “brothers” is in the photographic sector; for reference we recall the configuration of the X100 Pro, which is the more refined of the two currently official models:
